Phos-tag™ Acrylamide AAL-107
Phos-tag™是由广岛大学高分子科学系开发的一种中性pH环境(生理pH)下的新型磷酸结合标记。Phos-tag™ SDS-PAGE这种电泳方法可以同时分析磷酸化蛋白异构体和配对二价锰的非磷酸化蛋白，是一种使用Pho-tag™琼脂糖用于分离，纯化和富集磷酸化蛋白质的全新方法。该方法只需在常规的SDS-PAGE胶中添加Phos-tag™Acrylamide （Phos-tag™ 丙烯酰胺）和锌离子或者锰离子即可实验。

Phos-tagTM SDS-PAGE 特点：
■ 不含放射性元素，非荧光物质
■ 不同位点磷酸化修饰的蛋白在同一泳道中因迁移率不同而被分离开来
■ 操作过程与常规 SDS-PAGE相类似
■ Phos-tag ™ 的结合特异性与氨基酸种类、序列无关
■ Phos-tag ™ SDS-PAGE实验后，可进行常规的免疫印迹或者质谱实验，也可进行 2 维电泳
■ 可区分磷酸化蛋白与非磷酸化蛋白
■ Phos-tag ™ 母液可稳定保存至少 3 个月
